How did i get here?
I’m Keria Stewart. I’m an event planner from Savannah, GA. I’ve been planning and organizing for as long as I can remember, so event planning is natural for me. I enjoy the finished product when all of the planning comes together for an amazing event! I enjoy focusing on event details and logistics.
I’m the second oldest of 5 siblings. As the oldest daughter and a naturally independent person, I took charge a lot growing up. My parents tell stories of how I organized and planned things, even as a young child. During family grocery shopping trips, I always organized (and re-organized) the shopping cart. I was also in charge of putting the groceries away because my siblings didn’t do it right (according to my 10 year old standards).
I made Macon my home when I decided to attend Mercer University (Go Bears!). I received my Bachelor of Business Administration and Master of Business Administration from Mercer, both with a focus in Marketing. After several internships and part time jobs, I have various Marketing experiences ranging from event planning and social media marketing to customer service. In 2018, I took a part-time job within the wedding industry and fell in love with the work. I decided to pursue event planning full-time after moving to Atlanta in 2019.
Family is very important to me and my friends are like family to me. I also LOVE love. I’m a sucker for all things cute and romantic - cute babies and couples in love. I’m a sap.
